Castrol Syntilo 1023 is an oil-dispersing, synthetic cutting and grinding fluid formulated for use in cast iron transfer lines. Syntilo 1023 is engineered to separate tramp oil to the surface of the fluid where it can be removed by skimming. It also disperses small amounts of oil throughout the fluid to create a thin film which protects parts, chips and machine surfaces. This unique oil-dispersing characteristic reduces corrosion and prevents “clinkering.”
